We are going to a town that is a couple hours away. It is a very dangerous place, the police will not even go there. A cousin of one of the men in our church got car-jacked and beat up on his way up there a few months back. But we are going to baptize a man...so ya'll pray for us!! :))

Man, I feel like a missionary!!!! ;)

Dumplin' in a Pickle

 A little bit ago, I went outside to get the birds and bring them in because it is cold...

I heard this sorta growling noise and I was asking Mattie (the big bird), "Where's Dumplin? Where's Dumplin'? Huh? HUH??" Hahaha :))

I looked down in the bottom of the cage and there he was with his head stuck between the bars. 

I thought he was dead, but then I saw that he was breathing...

So I pulled the bars apart and he popped his little head out. 

Then he did this little weeble-wobble thing :( So I picked him up and brought him inside.

I've tried to get him to lay back in my hand like this for a LONG time, but he would never let me. Not for treats, not for ANYTHING. But now...hee heee....Here he is doing it! 

He looks pitiful, huh? 

So I wrapped him up in a towel and cuddled with him for a while to warm up his little legs...

Now he is running around the desk, up and over the wires, chirping and blabbing. :)

Piggly Wiggly Is On His Deathbed

Well guys...it sounds like this little piggy is on his last toe.

Poor Babe.

It sounds TERRIBLE, like a dying human...

We have some pretty crazy pig stories...the pigs here are treated like ANIMALS!!

Ok but for reals, I don't have a problem with pork, but I don't enjoy hearing one scream its head off.

Day 3 of the Conference

Monday: The last day of the conference!

First thing we did was pick up Bro. Joiner and his boys and head to Starbucks!

 Then...time for church!

Bro. Cooper preached the day service and Jesus (one of Bro. Joiner's boys) translated. 

Then that night Bro. Joiner got up to preach. Jose, his son-in-law, translated for him. 

First though, he sang. The power of God fell so strongly...It was awesome!

He ended up not preaching, just singing for the rest of the night.
