I apologize for the lack of a blog post on Monday. We are on Spring break and enjoying it immensely! There is definitely a post coming up about what we've been up to this week.
The other day Dad, Nicole, and I went out to run a couple errands. Trips with Dad usually involve little hole-in-the-wall restaurants. The ones with the tastiest food!

This little place is by a college - it is usually pretty hoppin', but we caught it at a good time this day.
Nicole and I got taquitos - they come with a ton of crema and spicy guac smothered all over them.
I'm houngry.
